INTERPOL’s Red Alert Pedophile Fugitive Found hiding in Liberia

Monrovia, MONTSERRADO- it has been alleged that INTERPOL Red Alert Fugitive Kinan Sunbol has been hiding in Liberia for more than 10 years and has allegedly adopted a child whose gender is not clear at this moment, who a witness claims is being by the alleged child pedophile.
A witness who has asked not to be identified, claims he is now using the name Hans Armstrong in place of Kinan Sunbol a fugitive from Syria, Norway. They also alleged they had access to the adopted child living in his residence who the witness said is being physically abused in ways.
This witness was able to provide a photo of a white male child who in the photo, is seen being consoled by an unidentified man after he was abused and in agony from the pain.
This she said is being done in a secure housing quarters bounded by an iron fence on Benson Street; a hint of drug activity and a sex ring.
According to the witness, the compound gate has no entry for a key, but is usually manually opened once a certain member wants to enter.
The witness claims that the adopted child was taken in by Hans Armstrong, who has been identified as Kinan Sunbol, a 62 year old who was in the earlier 2000’s charged by the Norway government for crimes including sexual relations with a child under the age of 10 and engaging in sexual activity with a foster child, (child in his care, stepchild or any other person under 18 years of age who is under his care or subject to his authority or supervision and by word or deed having behaved in a sexually offensive or otherwise indecent manner towards a child under 16 years of age. And an associate who has not been identified.)
According to the witness, they lived in the compound as well but due to the constant ‘drug’ and physical abuse rendered towards they themselves, they have been unable to report these allegations to the police.
n any case, all efforts to bring this to the attention of the Liberian National Police by this reporter has failed due to the fact the LNP has denied having information to conclude Hans Armstrong’s identity and if he infact Kinan Sunbol.

he spokesman for the Liberian National Police, Moses Carter told that he is not aware of Kinan and has asked that this reporter help show the whereabouts of the alleged fugitive. This he said will help to establish if the man now using the name Hans Armstrong, is Kinan Sunbol.
The identity of Hans Armstrong came about after his appearance by the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court in Sanniquellie, Nimba County for the commission of the crimes of “Theft of Property & Forgery” against MHM EKO Liberia, Incorporated.

Hans Armstrong according to reports from the judiciary owns MHM EKO-Liberia, a Liberian-Czech Rock Crushing Company that is situated in Seekie Town, Weala, Township, Margibi County.

Prior to his indictment, he was found guilty by an investigation panel set up by the then Minister of Justice, Cllr. Frederick D. Cherue in August 2017 based on a complaint filed on behalf of MHM EKO Liberia, Incorporated represented by Mr. J. Nanborlor F. Singbeh, Sr. President and Chairman of the Board of Shareholders by the Wrights & Associates represented by Cllr. Joseph P. Gibson, before his indictment by the Court in Nimba County.
According to reports from Heritage newspaper, also in July 2017, Singbeh reported to the Ministry of Justice of alleged fraudulent acts committed by Mr. Armstrong by taking equipment belonging to his company and rented them to Arcelor Mittal in Yekepa, Nimba County.
He also alleged that Hans Armstrong also forged his particulars.
Meanwhile, The United States National Central Bureau of INTERPOL, (The International Criminal Police Organization) facilitates the exchange of information to assist law enforcement agencies in the United States and throughout the world in detecting and deterring international crime and terrorism through a network of 187 member countries.

Its Red Notice alert means that it is a request to seek the location and arrest of a wanted person with a view to extradition based on an arrest warrant or court decision.

But not every federal law enforcement agency participates fully in INTERPOL’s red notice program.

Information related to these types of cases should be shared with appropriate foreign counterparts through the INTERPOL network because it can allow U.S. law enforcement agencies to reach places where they do not have a physical presence and increase the likelihood that fugitives are captured.
